Șterge-ți contul
Coachii și clienții își pot șterge oricând contul Mealstone. Ștergerea contului îți elimină datele din aplicație: fișierele și înregistrările dispar imediat, iar ce rămâne în copiile noastre de siguranță, în cel mult 7 zile. Această acțiune nu poate fi anulată.
În aplicație
- Deschide Mealstone și conectează-te.
- Mergi la Mai multe, apoi la Confidențialitate.
- Atinge Șterge contul meu, scrie ȘTERGE și confirmă.
Fără aplicație
Scrie-ne la support@fluttech.com cu subiectul „Șterge contul meu”, de pe adresa de e-mail a contului Google sau Apple cu care te conectezi.
Îți răspundem la acea adresă ca să confirmăm că ești tu, apoi ștergem contul în cel mult 30 de zile.
Ești coach și plătești un abonament? Anulează-l mai întâi din Google Play sau din App Store: ștergerea contului nu oprește plățile prin magazin.
Ce se șterge
Dacă ești client
Profilul și chestionarul tău, check-inurile și feedbackul, greutatea și măsurătorile, fotografiile de progres, mesele, obiceiurile, reușitele, evaluările zilnice, cererile tale către coachii din lista de coachi, conversația și notificările tale. La final se șterg și datele tale de conectare.
Dacă ești coach
Profilul și brandul tău, acordul de colaborare, șabloanele de program și de plan, planurile model, materialele din bibliotecă, șabloanele de obiceiuri, invitațiile, cererile primite din lista de coachi, disponibilitatea și notificările tale. Clienții tăi sunt deconectați mai întâi și își păstrează toate datele. La final se șterg și datele tale de conectare.
Ce păstrăm
- Achizițiile și abonamentul tău, ca documente de facturare, atât timp cât cere legea contabilității.
- Statistici de utilizare care nu conțin nimic din ce ai scris sau încărcat, de exemplu cât de des a fost folosită o funcție.
- Data la care ai cerut ștergerea și data la care a fost făcută.
Acestea conțin doar un identificator care, după ștergerea contului, nu mai duce la tine.
Dacă ai lucrat cu un coach, acesta păstrează timp de 3 ani numele tău, perioada în care ați lucrat împreună și felul în care s-a încheiat colaborarea, dacă nu le șterge mai devreme.
Delete your account
Coaches and clients can delete their Mealstone account at any time. Deleting it removes your data from the app: files and records go straight away, and anything left in our backups within 7 days. This can't be undone.
In the app
- Open Mealstone and sign in.
- Go to More, then Privacy.
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
Without the app
Email support@fluttech.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address of the Google or Apple account you sign in with.
We reply to that address to confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days.
Paying for a subscription as a coach? Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first: deleting your account doesn't stop the store from charging you.
What is deleted
If you're a client
Your profile and questionnaire, check-ins and feedback, weight and measurements, progress photos, meals, habits, victories, daily ratings, your requests to coaches in the directory, your chat and your notifications. Your sign-in goes last.
If you're a coach
Your profile and brand, your collaboration agreement, your program and plan templates, sample plans, library items, habit templates, invitations, the requests people sent you from the directory, availability and your notifications. Your clients are disconnected first and keep all of their own data. Your sign-in goes last.
What we keep
- Your purchases and subscription, as billing records, for as long as accounting law requires.
- Usage counts that hold nothing you wrote or uploaded, such as how often a feature was used.
- A note of when you asked for the deletion and when it was done.
These carry only an ID that no longer leads to you once your account is gone.
If you've worked with a coach, they keep your name, the dates you worked together and how coaching ended, for 3 years, unless they remove them sooner.
Fiókod törlése
A coachok és az ügyfelek bármikor törölhetik a Mealstone-fiókjukat. A fiók törlésekor az adataid eltűnnek az alkalmazásból: a fájlok és a bejegyzések azonnal, ami pedig a biztonsági mentésekben marad, azt 7 napon belül töröljük. Ezt nem lehet visszavonni.
Az alkalmazásban
- Nyisd meg a Mealstone alkalmazást, és jelentkezz be.
- Menj a Továbbiak, majd az Adatvédelem menüpontra.
- Koppints a Fiókom törlése gombra, írd be, hogy TÖRLÉS, és erősítsd meg.
Alkalmazás nélkül
Írj a support@fluttech.com címre „Fiókom törlése” tárggyal arról az e-mail-címről, amely ahhoz a Google- vagy Apple-fiókhoz tartozik, amellyel bejelentkezel.
Erre a címre válaszolunk, hogy megbizonyosodjunk róla, hogy valóban te vagy, majd 30 napon belül töröljük a fiókot.
Coachként van előfizetésed? Előbb mondd le a Google Playen vagy az App Store-ban: a fiók törlése nem állítja le az áruházon keresztüli fizetést.
Mit törlünk
Ha ügyfél vagy
A profilod és a kérdőíved, a check-inek és a visszajelzések, a testsúly és a testméretek, a fejlődési fotóid, az étkezéseid, a szokásaid, a sikereid, a napi értékeléseid, a coachlistán coachoknak küldött kéréseid, a beszélgetésed és az értesítéseid. Végül a bejelentkezésed is törlődik.
Ha coach vagy
A profilod és a márkád, az együttműködési megállapodásod, a program- és étrendsablonjaid, a mintaétrendjeid, a könyvtári anyagaid, a szokássablonjaid, a meghívóid, a coachlistáról neked küldött kérések, a konzultációs időpontjaid és az értesítéseid. Előbb az ügyfeleid lecsatlakoznak rólad; az ő adataik náluk maradnak. Végül a bejelentkezésed is törlődik.
Mit őrzünk meg
- A vásárlásaidat és az előfizetésedet, számlázási nyilvántartásként, ameddig a számviteli jogszabályok előírják.
- Használati statisztikákat, amelyek semmit sem tartalmaznak abból, amit írtál vagy feltöltöttél, például hogy milyen gyakran használtak egy funkciót.
- Egy feljegyzést arról, mikor kérted a törlést, és mikor végeztük el.
Ezekben csak egy azonosító szerepel, amely a fiókod törlése után már nem vezet hozzád.
Ha egy coachcsal dolgoztál, ő 3 évig megőrzi a nevedet, a közös munkátok időszakát és azt, hogyan ért véget, hacsak nem törli ezeket korábban.
